Candidates interested in this role will possess their CIPD Level 5 as a minimum.
The role will consist of generalist duties, to include Employee Relations (managing sickness, performance management, diversity, recruitment).
Additionally my client is seeking a candidate who has previous experience of payroll, GDPR, IR35, corporate social responsibility.
This position is available for an immediate start and will be to support the HR Director and the HR Manager.
