HR GO are working with a highly respected client in the search for a HR Advisor in Crawley.

Salary: £14.33ph - £16.59 (depending on experience)

Hours: 22.5 hours

Location: Crawley.

As HR advisor what we are looking for as the most important aspect to applications are that you come with a Employee relations background.

Much of the work involves supporting hiring managers with informal grievances, sickness meetings, formal misconduct meetings.

Ideally looking for someone from an NHS or unionised background, who is used to the complex structures within an NHS service
