Position: HR Administrator (Contract)
Location: Bodelwyddan
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £9.75 per hour
Our client is a leading manufacturer and are looking for additional support with the HR department, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar environment or working towards a CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Duties:
To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers
Be first point of call when answering the phone and redirect where necessary
The preparation and submission of employment references
Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based)
Administration of the absence and leave process
Administration of new starter materials
Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures
Skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to multitask
Good computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to start at short notice
