We are very proud to be supporting a wonderful organisation based in Sittingbourne , they are looking for a HR Administrator to join their busy HR department.
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Advisor the purpose of the role is to effectively maintain all HR systems ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date, whilst supporting with admin and day to day HR functions.
Responsibilities include
Managing the recruitment process for new employees including the on boarding process
Carry out right to work checks
Be a point of contact for agencies regarding right to work and inductions
Carry out HR audits
Ensure HR records are kept up to date at all times
Assist with training resources, admin and scheduling
Carry out exit interviews with staff leaving the business
Other general admin as required
Requirements
CIPD Level 3 HR Practices
Minimum of 2 years HR experience
Great communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to multitask and work proactively
This is a permanent full time position and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Salary £23,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
