Job specification

Position: HR Administrator (Contract)

Location: Bodelwyddan

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £9.75 per hour

Our client is a leading manufacturer and are looking for additional support with the HR department, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar environment or working towards a CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Duties:

  • To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers
  • Be first point of call when answering the phone and redirect where necessary
  • The preparation and submission of employment references
  • Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based)
  • Administration of the absence and leave process
  • Administration of new starter materials
  • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Good computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to start at short notice
