Housing Administrator - Part Time

- Pay: £10.50p/h - Part time
HRGO Recruitment are looking for a Housing Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers with housing related enquirers. To give initial housing advice, triage cases effectively and to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Options Team.
Main Responsibilities Involve
- To be the first point of contact for customers, partners and other agencies for the team via telephone face to face and email.
- To provide preliminary advice and information about homelessness and the prevention of homelessness, tenure rights, what help is available from the housing authority or others and how to access that help to homeless people or those as risk of homelessness
- To assist the housing options officers with the administrative aspects of managing prevention and relief cases. This could include reviewing the personalised plan, making referrals or other administrative tasks.
The right candidate will need to have good customer service skills, touch typist and a quick learner.
