HRGO are recruiting for Housekeepers at Kent & Canterbury Hospital on a temporary ongoing basis.
This role requires you to provide a range of different services to patients.
We require a Standard DBS which is a cost of £32 which we help with, unless you have on on the update service.
Main responsibilities:
Cleaning - for example, after meals and ensuring that the kitchen, serving areas and the equipment in always clean and tidy. For example, unloading and loading dish washer.
Catering
Maintaining agreed standards, method statements, policies and legislation
Clear communication to all levels of staff
Taking meal orders and serving the food/ beverages and maintaining the water jugs
Transport soiled linens/waste to the waste rooms and distributing clean linens.
Ordering necessary items
Maintain the required records
Key Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Initiative and self-motivated
Physically fit
Great customer service
Attention to detail
Flexible with hours and within the role
Hard working
