HR GO Recruitment are looking for experienced cleaners to join the team at Kent & Canterbury hospital. It is desirable for the right candidates to have previous cleaning or domestic experience due to the nature of this role.

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

• General upkeep of cleanliness of wards and communal areas
• Cleaning and sanitation of high touch point such as toilets, corridor, lifts, banisters etc
• Disposal of waste, used linen
• Liaising with other members of the team, shift leaders and medical staff to ensure highest level of service

• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Communicate sensitively with patients and their families
• Act calmly and quickly in emergencies
• Cope well with sickness, death and distress
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures.
