HR GO Recruitment are looking to recruit high volume Customer Service Advisor for our prestigious Client based in the Washington/Gateshead area to start ASAP.
This role will be home-based, however must be able to complete training from their office for a period of two weeks.
You must have access to your own PC and WIFI when working from home.
The role will be dealing with e-mail enquiries only and candidates with multilingual skills would also be advantageous.
Key Skills and Attributes: -
* Customer Focused
* Excellent keyboard skills and computer literature
* Data Capture and knowledge of CRM Systems
* Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
* Respond to enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
The rate of pay is £9.18 an hour.
You must be flexible for shifts as it is working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, based on a 40-hour week. You will also be expected to work alternate weekends.
