HRGO are recruiting on behalf of our client in Brackley for STRAIGHT PERMANENT Class 1 drivers

Successful candidate will be doing nationwide live haul/distribution of poultry products as part of the team of an industry leader in the UK - opportunity to train and qualify for live haul deliveries if desired

Shift patterns and timings

• Sunday to Thursday, rotating shift times. ie start week 1 16:00, week 2 15:30 etc until up to 06:00 starts then back to 16:00. This role incorporates live haul.
• Thursday to Monday start times approx. 04:00 - mainly Distribution work
• Friday to Tuesday start times approx. 04:00 - mainly Distribution work

What we need from you

• Full UK Driving Licence, a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of driver regulations
• Flexible working attitude
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience
• For insurance purposes, no major endorsements and no more than 6 points on your licencence

What company offers you

• £17 per hour for all hours
• £0.50 additional per hour when working on Livehaul
• £1.25 additional for hours worked in the unsocial window (all day Sat, all day Sun, 18:00-06:00 Mon-Fri)
• Guaranteed hours minimum 50 per week
• Sick pay from day one
• 28 days holiday, increasing to 33 after 5 full years
• Introductory probation pass sum £300 plus an additional £200 after 26 weeks
• Refer a friend (£500 if new applicant progresses past 26 weeks).
