Our client is one of UK's leading provider of commercial breakdown and regard customer satisfaction as their highest priority. We are looking for an experienced and skilled HGV Mechanic/Technician. The job is permanent with overtime possibilities and is based in South Manchester. You must have/be: - A proven track record of using your technical skills Very accurate in faults finding Possess excellent time-management skills Commercial awareness Essential Qualities include: - Previous experience in mechanics (at least 3 years) Qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair (preferably heavy vehicle) eg City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Knowledge of hydraulics and electricals Driving licence (must have HGV) Computer literate Ability to work well under pressure Team player Ability to use own initiative Literacy and numeracy skills Attention to detail Excellent attitude to work and company ethos Problem solving skills Available for overtime In reward you will will receive a competitive salary and enjoy a great working environment.
