We are looking for two Parts Advisors one for back counter only with HGV Motor Trade Parts experience (Essential) required for this established and Motor Trade Dealership near Hounslow in Middlesex. You must have a minimum of 1-2 year's recent experience in a heavy truck's parts environment, this experience is critical for the success of providing quality service to our clients and other areas within the business. Candidates with strong parts advisor experience within other automotive roles may be considered. You will need to be computer literate, have excellent customer service skills, and have a valid UK driving licence.

HGV Parts Advisor Duties will include

The main part of the role is to look after the workshop counter ensuring that our technicians have the parts required to fulfil their role although you will be involved in all areas of the parts department roles i.e.:
Responsible for seeing all parts into department, allocating parts to correct locations, and sending back exchanged/unwanted parts accordingly, responsible for maintaining stock levels in the stores. Ordering specialist parts as they are required

As a Parts Advisors you will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone taking orders

Accurately identify parts catalogues and electronic media to meet client requests

Liaising with other colleagues both locally and throughout the company's branch network

Alongside your customer first attitude, you will maintain customer retention and overachieve on targets. Passion for the product and delivering incredible customer service will be evident in everything you do.
