As a Driver working in our London Gatwick Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline clients on time, in-line with various scheduling requirements. The Driver role is central to our services, allowing us to distribute the catering and goods which we're very proud of. What you'll be doing: * Loading the aircraft with the bar and catering equipment * Loading of the bar and catering equipment on to 17 tonne rigid vehicles * Driving the vehicle airside you will ensure the goods and catering packages are delivered on time * Liaise with Cabin Crew from our array of airline clients to facilitate the transfer of catering equipment to and from your vehicle to the aircraft * You will be working as part of a team in a customer centric environment What you'll have: * Category C (Class 2) Clean Driving Licence * Full CPC * Basic numeracy skills * Basic checking skills You will be working on a shift patteren that can include weekends and evenings. Starting rate is £10.50 after three months probation the wages increase to £10.94 plus shift allowance. Before you can commence employment and to comply with both the CAA and local airport authority regulations, we carry out a full 5 year working history and criminal records check (DBS) Please note this can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
