Health and Safety Advisor required in East Kent (salary negotiable dependent on experience, plus great company benefits and opportunities for career progression and funded qualifications) to work within a Management System team within a reputable manufacturing company.

Our client is a global manufacturing company who are world leaders in their field.　 As part of their plans to grow the department, they are now looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to join a friendly and experienced team.

Responsibilities in the role include;

• Applying safety initiatives within the manufacturing and technical working environment;

• Working closely alongside the Principal H&S Advisor to ensure continuity of best practice

• Researching, understanding and analysing current issues and providing practical solutions

• Implementing,　monitoring and maintaining procedures

The successful Advisor will have;

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong influencing and diplomacy skills

• A good level of IT literacy

• A proactive outlook

• The willingness to learn and progress

• A keen interest in H&S

• Previous exposure in H&S
