Do you fancy a super varied and hands on role as a general grounds and maintenance person? You could be cutting hedges & grass, building fences, moving static caravans, maintaining boilers, fixing leaky taps and changing plugs ... all in the same day!

The key function of the Grounds & Maintenance person will be to undertake a varied position including light/general mechanical, electrical, plumbing & full grounds maintenance in order to meet the needs of the business and to ensure that the whole park is maintained to an excellent standard and to provide a good impression to all visitors the park.

A diverse and somewhat physically demanding role within 22 acres of beautiful countryside.

Essential requirements for this role include:

You must hold a full UK driving licence
Able to safely use a sit on lawnmower, Flymo and Strimmer.
(It would be advantageous if you have experience using hedge cutters, chain saws etc (experience is not essential but the willingness to learn will be required))
Have an understanding of electrics - ability to carry out basic electrical tasks such as simple fault detection & isolation.
Have a basic understanding of plumbing - basic installations, connecting and repairing leaks
Able to 'deliver' 19kg gas bottles throughout the park

This position is a permanent contract with working hours of 40 hours in the summer season (8 months) and 32 hours throughout the winter (4 months)
