General Managers opportunity in this busy Metals special processing and treatments facility.

The company are involved in coatings and finishing surface treatments on various metals for the aviation industry and this opportunity is to manage the facility.

You will lead an expanding team of c20 highly skilled engineers, taking responsibility for the management of all aspects of the operation to include : Production plans and reports, facilities and plant upkeep, staffing levels and sales performance.

The role reports direct into the group CEO and you will be involved in representing the company to global clients and be involved in contract and pricing negotiations for the companies services.

It is essential that you have a strong understanding of special processes and surface treatments.
