Fundraising Volunteer Administrator We are looking for an office administrator to join a very successful charity organisation based in the Hertfordshire/Essex area. This role is very crucial in supporting the Fundraising manager with managing their volunteers and identifying key areas within the charity to where volunteer input is required, making sure volunteer support is in place for events and campaigns throughout the year, along with administration duties. Key Responsibilities * Working along side and supporting the fundraising manager with all volunteer aspects * Managing teams of volunteers * Maintaining regular communication with volunteers * Processing volunteer applications and attending recruitment events * Up dating all records and information on the CRM system * Maintaining good relationships with the charities volunteers * Attend volunteer inductions, events and meeting (coffee mornings, social events) * General admin duties; emails, post, minute taking, telephone and face to face enquires Requirements * Good knowledge of Hertfordshire * At least 1 years administration experience * Confident and excellent communication skills * Previous experience of working with volunteers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs * Able to display discretion when handling confidential information * Must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle * Ability to inspire and motivate others to support the Charity
