Fulfilment Supervisor with warehouse and stock picking experience required to oversee the picking and packing of products ensuring these manufactured products meet the set quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing a very high standard of service. In addition you will have responsibility for making sure that all picking/packing personnel are trained to the required level.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that all products are picked/packed accurately, via sku and bar-coding picks.
• Routine spot checks
• Ensure all staff adhere to the waste and packaging standards.
• Improve and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Assure that pre-picked/packed products are suitable for despatch.
• Report customer order issues to the SCM (Supply Chain Manager) / Ops Director.
• Facilitate/ maintain the use of bar scanner(s)/ PDA's, and other IT related hardware
• Arrange cycle and full stock counts and report faulty/ inaccurate hardware to line Manager.
• Oversee Internal production cover when required.
• Adhere to goods/in out SOPS, analysis and maintain accuracy.
• Lookout for opportunities to improve processes.
• KPI's: Maintain and analyse performance

Ideal candidate profile:

Supervisory experienced, preferably 3-5 years

Proven reliability with thorough knowledge of warehousing standards

Excellent numerical skills and understanding of displayed data

A keen eye for detail with a results driven approach

Outstanding communication and organisational skills

MS Office experience

Aisle Master or forklift trained, with or without current licence
