My client is a growing cheese manufacturer looking for hard-working and motivated production staff to join their team.

This would suit both those looking for a stable long-term production role, as well as those looking to progress for a long-term career within food manufacturing.

About the job:
In this production operative role, you'll play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operation of food production and quality control.
Starting off with manual duties to load/turn the products, those with a keen eye for detail will be able to progress to quality checking and the checking of orders.
There is also the potential of progressing to Machine Operating or a testing role within the on-site laboratory where you would be testing samples of products to ensure the high standards are upheld and recording the results.

Hours of work:
Full-time hours of work are operated as part of a rota as a mixture of early, late and day shifts between the hours of 5.30am when on earlies - midnight when on lates.

Please note you would be expected to be able to rotate between these shifts on a weekly basis. In return you will receive an additional shift premium of £76.98 per week once you have completed 12 weeks.

Own transport required due to location.
