Sussex HRGO is seeking an experienced and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious wedding & functions venue who are fast becoming one of the leading premier weddings & functions venues in the South East. As an experienced Food & Beverage Manager, you will have extensive operational experience within a similar sized or larger 4/5* establishment, particularly with weddings. The ideal candidate will have the highest attention to detail ensuring both the business and team deliver the first class standards at all times, whilst demonstrating excellent organisational skills. You will be a key member of a professional management team, working alongside Senior Managers & Directors. Our client is particularly seeking someone who is hands on at functions, with a passion for service and a strong ability to train and develop Front of House staff. You should be a positive person with the knowledge and drive to help further develop the business and thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment. You will be directly responsible for ensuring all front of house staff give the highest standard of service and customer care at all times.
