• You'll have a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing commercial fleet workshop services.
• You'll have experience of budget management and use of a Vehicle Management System (ideally Tranman).
• You'll have extensive experience in client liaising with the ability to influence.
• You'll be an Authorised Examiner (MOT Management) and have undertaken Operator Licence awareness training, you'll have a Motor Vehicle Technology (Heavy) City and Guilds - Part 2 and 3 or equivalent (NVQ Level 3), a Management qualification and as a Safety-first organisation you'll have a Health and Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH).
• You'll have good knowledge of current and emerging waste and resources policy and legislation.
• You'll have the ability to manage and deliver results in a partnership environment and you'll be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• You'll work in partnership with our Business Development Team to support new business growth.
• You'll ensure that operational delivery of the service meets the requirements of the SLA in place between TLC and our customers.
• It would be helpful if you have the Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road & Passenger Transport Operations but this is not essential.
