Fleet Control Advisor/ Administrator for Leading Fleet Company in Essex
£24,000-£26,000 Basic + Bonus- working 45-hour week
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Fleet Control Advisor to join our Customer Operations Team on a full-time permanent basis looking after a fleet of 240 + vehicles.
As the Fleet Control Advisor/ Administrator, you will be responsible for the end to end customer experience for the fleet customers and suppliers, before supplying them with a vehicle this will be checked out by you and customer and again checked back in again for defaults, dents etc. Recording vehicle defect's and any issues. Manage vehicle defect's through the repair process.
Role & Responsibilities
Answering calls and handling administration of the key team functions.
Providing a first-rate customer service and ensuring the work you produce meets the quality standards in line with business requirements.
Provide support to drivers and operational leads within the customers business
Skills & Experience
Required
· Be able to work in a fast paced, high demand customer service and administration environment with experience in Fleet Administration and vehicle hire
· Excellent communication and customer service skills, with both customers and suppliers - written and verbal
· Demonstrate working as part of a team and with initiative
· Hardworking, flexible and keen to learn
· Knowledge of Fleet Management
· Computer literate
· Excellent relationship management skills
· Excellent administration skills
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
· Demonstrate a proactive and organised approach
