For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Fixed Assets Manager. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

Senior role ensuring Fixed asset and Leases reporting service delivery for all Business Areas and Functions and Ownership of Fixed asset and Leases sub-process globally. Leading and developing expertized teams providing compliant and on time financial and management accounting and reporting services in the area of Fixed asset and Leases.

Key contributor to drive finance transformation in Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting process area to meet F&C Vision of World Class Finance Function. Accountable for end-to-end Fixed Asset and Leases Accounting process across all locations. Accountable for Fixed Asset and Leases Accounting process quality, standardization and efficiency. Process guideline and global policy cross locations defined and followed.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for complex accounting and reporting activities​
• World class process management in Fixed asset and Leases sub-process including Knowledge center concept​
• Responsibility for quality resource management.​
• Responsible for well-functioning governance models, stakeholder management, and information sharing own area including outsourcing partnership​
• Implementing quality process delivery by leading Fixed Asset and Leases process in own area including Knowledge center concept
• Delivering strategic focus areas as roles, competence development and continuous improvement in own area ​
• Contribution to business areas and functions strategy​
• Responsible for quality, efficiency comparison and cost control activities​
• Ensuring compliance and control environment in own area​
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by superior​

Requirements:

• Master knowledge in accounting and reporting processes expertized in Fixed asset and Leases​
• Very good leadership and people management skills​
• Very good change management capabilities and coaching skills​
• Very good influencing and collaboration skills in global organization and ability to summarize essentials to stakeholders​
• Very good prioritization and risk management and mitigation capabilities ​
• Ability to understand and lead complexities ​
• Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as a major asset​
• Fluency in English, other language skills are a benefit​
• At least bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of experience​
• Familiar with fixed assets and its relation to taxation, local GAAP and IFRS accounting
