For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Fixed Assets Expert. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

Senior role ensuring timeliness and quality Fixed Asset and Lease reporting from group, statutory and taxation point of view. Maintaining and developing the service delivery output together with process network. Contribution to defined process activity levels. Leading process network in own area.​

Main responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely Fixed Asset and Lease reporting​
• Development of Fixed Asset and Lease process​
• Implementation of global process in own expertise area​
• Perform complex AA transactions and closing tasks in defined area​
• Ensure account data accuracy, reporting and filing processes on timely manner for group, statutory and tax purposes​
• Ensuring quality and compliance in Fixed asset and Lease process ​
• Leading and participating continuous improvement of accounting and reporting services, processes and systems using agile analytic tools ​
• Part of service team delivering timely, accurate and effective accounting services​
• Coordinate monthly closing process in defined area​
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by superior​

Requirements:

• Master knowledge in accounting, taxation and reporting processes​
• Ability to understand complex processes and data flows​
• Good change readiness​
• Strong leadership skills​
• Good influencing and collaboration skills in global organization​
• Experience of fixed asset as leases process is considered as a major asset​
• Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as a major asset​
• Fluency in English, other language skills are a benefit​
• At least bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience​
