To deliver efficient and effective accounting services for the group of companies and branch offices.

To support the Department General Manager in the delivery of business partnering initiatives across EMEA & CIS regions.

Min 5 years PQE - ACA or ACCA qualified Accountant

• Manage a team of 5 direct and 9 indirect reports

• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.

• Develop and monitor appropriate internal controls to ensure conformance and compliance with policies and J-SOX

• Manage the timely delivery of supporting information for internal and external audits

• Deliver accurate transaction processing (AR/AP/GL) in accordance with KPI and payment practice targets.

• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

• Support the business and logistic departments in preparation and execution of annual stock take and follow up

• Proactively support FX position reporting to Treasury team.

• Manage intercompany/Group reconciliations

• Provide guidance and support to business departments and regional corporate departments as required.

• Develop skills and capability of the accounting team to support the development

• Determine appropriate job allocations within team.

• Organise and conduct regular team meetings for planning and share information

• Perform Appraisal & Target Reviews for team members

Business Process Improvement

• Lead the accounting team to evaluate existing processes and to develop a standard way of working across the department.
