For our prestigious client leader in paper industry, we are looking for a Financial Controller to our Financial Control organization.

Financial Control Wrocław Team is part of organization responsible for efficient controlling of various legal entities. The team works in close co-operation with Finance Operations, Group Finance, Business and Group Tax.

Our expertise is integral element of agile and visible financial control function, accelerating company growth and success.

What you'll do

• Deliver timely, accurate and effective accounting and financial reporting
• Perform financial reporting for group consolidation
• Monitor & improve data quality and process efficiency
• Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement of accounting and reporting services, processes and tools
• Work closely with our internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Ensure outsourcing partner has needed on-time information, co-ordinate and monitor the tasks performed by outsourcing partner
• Responsibility of reporting in own area and it's short term development in co-operation with relevant stakeholders and teams
• Create and maintain user instructions and training materials
• Participate in development projects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, business rules and policies
  

Who you are

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area
• You have at least 3 years of a proven track record in accounting and financial reporting
• You speak fluent English
• You have good Excel skills and experience in BI tools eg. Power BI are considered an asset
• You have experience of SAP (R/3 or S/4)
• Experience from working in a global organization is considered an asset
• You have analytical skills and attention to details
• You have collaboration and team-working skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changes
• You have self-management skills and are not afraid to take ownership, initiative and challenge the status quo
