For our prestigious client leader in forest industry we are looking for Financial Control Senior Expert. The business unit we are recruiting for create renewable and responsible wood-based alternatives for fossil-based materials utilizing our expertise in engineering, innovation and digitalization.

Senior role ensuring high quality Financial and Management Accounting and Reporting service delivery. Compliant and on time Group, Statutory and Tax reporting as a service scope. Leading and developing expertized teams providing Financial and Management Accounting and Reporting services.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring very good collaboration with Finance and Control network especially establishing and maintaining well functioning governance models and roles and responsibilities with new Business Control Center.​
  • Active contribution to business areas Business Control strategy ensuring compliance as high quality service delivery outcome for the business. ​
  • Implementing quality process delivery by leading Finance Sales process in own area including Knowledge Center concept​
  • Defining and delivering strategic focus areas as roles, competence development and continuous improvement in own area. ​
  • Responsibility for quality resource management and operational business continuity plans.​
  • Responsible for quality, efficiency comparison and cost control activities​
  • Responsible for well-functioning governance models, stakeholder management and information sharing in own area.​
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by superior​

Requirements:

  • Master knowledge in financial and management accounting and reporting​
  • Very strong leadership and people management skills​
  • Very good change management capabilities and coaching skills​
  • Very good influencing and collaboration skills in global organization and ability to summarize essentials to stakeholders​
  • ​Ability to understand and lead complexities ​
  • Very good prioritization and risk management and mitigation capabilities ​
  • Experience of similar industry and business processes are considered as a major asset​
  • Fluency in English, other language skills are a benefit​
  • At least bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of experience​
