Finance and Operations Coordinator

Our Norwich based client is looking to expand his workforce with a Finance and Operations Coordinator A salary starting from £16,500 pa working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week) this role will include the following responsibilities: * Assistance in preparation & reporting of all finance entities including MA's. * Management of credit control. * Assist in the completion of monthly PAYE & HMRC requirements. * Assist in monthly billing and invoicing preparation and management. * Overseeing customer proposal/pricing and tracking of financial areas of customer orders and installations. * Regular reporting on P&L tracking. * Maximisation in areas of pricing and billing whilst controlling and minimising costs. * Budget control/reporting. * Supplier cost correlation and control. * Customer order processing * Other general areas requiring day to day management, control and reporting. You will need to learn and understand all products and services which are supported in the company's portfolio to ultimately provide accurate financial management & control throughout in addition to understanding and driving initiatives and strategies requiring implementation to maximise on the profitability of the business. The successful candidate must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Internet and email as well as sage or similar software package ideally. Must also be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator, and able to demonstrate success and the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively.
