HR GO Ashford are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Engineer for a company based locally on the outskirts of Ashford. This company are a well-known, global company and they operate in over 80 countries worldwide. With over 40 years of experience they are one of the market leaders in their field and pride themselves of the service they give their clients. Main duties: * Carrying out all field servicing as well as repairs and upgrades for the machines. * Supporting the In-house Ashford team with service work and new product development * When not working away, it will be expected that the candidate works from the offices in Ashford * Please note - it will be expected that the successful candidate will spend 2/3 nights away from home per week, due to travelling. The person: * Experience with industrial machinery is ideal for this role * Due to the nature of this role, a good customer service manner is to be expected * Experience of working with pneumatics and electro-pneumatics * The majority of the work is UK based, however overseas travel will also be required (twice or three times a year only) * Experience of working within a production or food/pharmaceutical environment * Must have an understanding of BS EN 60204 Part 1 (or equivalent) The package: * Salary is highly negotiable for this role depending on experience * 25 days holiday (Plus 8 BH days) * Contributory pension scheme * Use of the Pool vehicle * Potential for overtime If you are interested please contact Julie.lewismackay@hrgo.co.uk or call the office on 01233 63424.
