We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide IT support to clients around London with their printers, copiers, laptops and PC's. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist provider of HP equipment and service clients across London. The role is based out of an office in Romford primarily and travel there is necessary on a day to day basis. The role is for a walking engineer (travelcard supplied), there will be access to pool cars from the office when needed.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be:

• Travelling on foot to clients around London
• Repairing a range of HP equipment including printers, copiers, laptops and PC's
• Installing new equipment
• Diagnosing issues, providing repair and warranty cover

You will need to:

• Have experience fixing hardware including printers, copiers, laptops and PC's (preferably HP)
• Be able to work with no supervision and manage own workload
• Work on multiple sites and provide high levels of customer care
• Have a full driving licences to travel to sites further away

The ideal candidate will have worked in a field service role previously or have been working independently. Experience with HP print/notebook devices is desirable.
