Do you have previous Sales and Business Development experience and ideally an understanding of Engineering?

My client is a leading machine manufacturer and is looking for a driven and ambitious sales representative to join their well-established team to sell their products across the UK.

About the job:

You will be developing new business relationships and have the ability to expand the business with existing customers. Although based in the UK you may be expected to occasionally travel abroad for client meetings and to attend trade exhibitions. There will be administrative support in this role to enable you to concentrate on sales and ongoing training to develop your product knowledge and sales expertise.

A proven track record of sales and business development

Experience within an engineering environment would be highly desirable

Adaptability

Excellent communication skills

Able to build and maintain customer relationships

A second language would be highly desirable

Work unsupervised

A willingness to travel and work away from home
