Based in Taunton this growing business is looking for someone who understands IT and is happy to bring on new business
The patch covered is between Bristol and Taunton
You will be required to bring on new business, build relationships, offer tailored IT solutions and attend networking events
My client provides enterprise level information and communication technology solutions to SME companies and charities up to 100 in size. Their solutions include a full suite of reliable and scalable managed services including IT Support, Mobile Data Capture, Connectivity and Telephony Solutions. All are tailor made for businesses looking to outsource their technology requirements to lower their capital and operational costs.
They understand that finding the right solution for clients with several different suppliers is difficult, contradictory and frustrating. They make it easy to move all technology requirements to one reliable supplier. Their solutions have been selected and designed to ensure a perfect fit for small & medium sized business now and in the future.
Who are they looking for?
They are looking to grow our B2B sales team. They are looking for a highly motivated, self sufficient and experienced IT sales professional. Experience in selling IT solutions & managed services to business is essential with a background in cloud based IT solutions including Office 365, managed connectivity solutions and professional services.
With a proven track record in sales, the right individual will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of solutions selling and understanding of basic IT services and the future of IT within the business environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Nurture and grow their own client base.
Present and explain a range of IT service and management solutions
Develop progressive relationships with a broad range of clients from contract implementation to maintenance
Identifying problems and recommending solutions for businesses
Achieving monthly revenue and KPI targets
Effectively use CRM system to source and generate own client pipeline
Having a consultative approach by becoming an expert in the industry and advising, guiding, and consulting clients
Key skills
Sales and lead generation experience
Excellent telephony and general communication skills
Enthusiastic and have the ability to generate their own work
Confident and organised
Solutions knowledge and basic IT understanding an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a business development / new business sales role
Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
SALARY plus Commission Inc Mobile Telephone, Pension and Company Car Allowance
OTE approx £45k year
15% of GP generated
