HR GO are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Team Leader for the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford to support the Housekeeping and Domestic team.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 7am-3pm paying £10.20 per hour.

You will require a Standard DBS for this role, processed via HR GO unless you have a current check on the update service.

The purpose of this role will be to provide support to Housekeeping, Domestics and Linen teams.

To effectively deploy staff and resources to ensure a high quality of service delivery.

Ensure hygiene standards within the domestic and catering environments are monitored and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily contact with Housekeeping, Domestic, Linen and Customer Support.
• Full range of domestic and housekeeping duties in the working area.
• Customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Direct and assist domestics, housekeeping, accommodation and linen staff within departments.
• Manage absence and arrange cover.
• Provide staff training.
• Maintain hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and ensure staff are fully inducted.
• Ensure compliance with legal and organisational legislation's.
• Assist in investigations under the control of the Customer Support Manager.
• Deputise when Customer Support Manager is off site.
• Carry out tasks as required.
• Manage the administration of Staff Accommodation.
• Deputise in the absence of the Service Manager.

• Communication Devices
• Booking Systems

Candidates MUST be IT Literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
