Job Role: Facilities Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000 per annum

Location: Bishop's Stortford

Duties include: 

• Take full responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the Pool and sports facilities and to oversee activity areas as allocated to you by the Commercial and Operations Manager

• Provide supervision/direction for Full Time/Casual Lifeguards

• In accordance with Pool and sports facilities protocols and available resources, to develop allocated activity areas to maximise revenue generation opportunities during commercial letting periods

• Provide the Commercial Manager with all appropriate information, financial and otherwise, related to your allocated activity areas, for example usage statistics and sporting schedules

• Be responsible for maintaining the Health and Safety of all persons using and visiting the Pool and sports facilities

• Ensure that all Pool and sports facilities areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard

• Be a key holder for the Pool and sports facilities

• Ensure appropriate training is given to all staff working on shift (on the job training)
