Facilities Services Co-ordinator

Surrey - Leatherhead
£25000 - £30000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

Our client located in Leatherhead are requiring a Facilities Services Co-ordinator with a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Overall Purpose of the role

To Assist with all Administration duties under the instruction & guidance of the Facilities Manger & Service Managers.

To complete all areas of Cash handling/Banking duties within Caf� One including Daily tills Operation serving customers.

To answer all telephone enquiries leaving clear written messages to whom they concern.

To cover Holiday/sickness/Absence of other Restaurant team with regard to Till operations at service times.

To be able to be fully competent with day to day use of in house Computer literature & can develop the admin role to a smooth-running level of function.

To be fully competent with use of Microsoft word/excel sheets and have the potential to develop these areas further.

Order & place stationary requirements within the department in adherence to stock holding levels inputting monthly stock taking data.

To ensure that the TFM Office is kept clear of all filling duties and is clean & Tidy at all times.

To competently and correctly input all Hospitality data onto Market Place for re-charging Monthly.

To effectively Cash up all Restaurant x5 Tills daily within an acceptable time frame and ensure all monies balance as well as organise cash to be banked twice weekly following all guidelines of company cashing up procedures, and report any variances Daily to your Line Manager

To effectively Cash up all Vending Machines following all vending and Cash Control Procedures

To be fully competent with all Bookwork aspects of Market Place/Epsys as well as online ordering.

To have a full understanding of how the Credit Card system works and successfully provide end of day readings and balances, as well as file all necessary reports and notify any variances/faults to your Line Manager.

To effectively file and Maintain all Invoices/Cash reports/Card receipts in accordance to Company requirements on a daily basis.
