Job Role: Facilities Operative

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Salary: £18,500 per annum

Location: Bishop's Stortford

Duties include:  　

• General support cleaning, maintenance, and support duties

• Support of any area or department as directed by the line manager

• Deliver food, parcels and goods around the campus as required

• Delivery of post, stores materials and other goods around the estate

• Operate any machinery in accordance with instructions

• Notify Managers of any repairs needed to equipment

• Use cleaning and maintenance materials as instructed

• Comply with instructions relating to security and confidentiality

• Assist with the simple redecoration of any areas

• Carry out minor repairs to equipment and furniture as directed

• Clear leaves, snow, ice, moss and detritus as appropriate including treatment of surfaces with salt, and ensure sufficient materials are available when the conditions demand

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS

• References

• Full Clean Driving Licence
