We are looking for an experience Data Analyst to work at the QEQM Margate, Kent.

Role:

The Facilities Data Analyst will be responsible for the collation, interpretation, and presentation of various data sets pertaining to cleaning within Facilities.

The role-holder will have the ability and confidence to use the systems and platforms currently in place to record data, and be responsible for translating it into comprehensive reports, graphics and charts, as well as maintaining the data within the systems.

You will be responsible for reporting and analysing trends or anomalies to the team Manager and Facilities Directorate, and identifying any inconsistencies or lapses in results.

The role will work closely with members of the Facilities, therefore will need to be able to work with staff of varying levels. Excellent communication skills are required to be successful in this role.

This role is an integral part of the team, adding true value to the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs, and interrogate data to discover any recurring features that lead to potential failures.

• Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports for the internal Senior Leadership team and client teams.

• Interrogate data to identify patterns and trends.

• Work with other members of the department to ensure data is updated and provided in a timely manner.

• Production of reports both for measuring statistics locally and for Director and Board-level reports.
• Interpret complex data and create visual representation of this data to make it accessible, understandable and usable for the Facilities team

• Combine data sets across multiple sources

• Highly levels of accuracy and attention to detail due to large requirement for input of data

• High levels of IT literacy, particularly in the use of Excel
