My Client is a well established engineering company who produce a range of products for a variety of constructions within different locations. They are seeking an experienced foreman to join the team at their yard based in Doncaster. The role: * Oversee a number of fabricators/welders * Ensure that work is completed on time * Ensure that quality of work is to the companies high standards * Liaise with management and workshop to ensure workload is communicated effectively The candidate will have: * A minimum of 5 years foreman experience within a fabrication environment * Be apprentice trained plater/welder * Be an effective communicator * Be able to work on initiative * Work well under pressure * Knowledge of CE marking execution class 2 would be advantageous This job is temporary with a view to be permanent for the right candidate.
