We are are leading logistics and supply chain company with a multi model background, that are currently recruiting due to expansion within our teams we are looking for an experienced Export documentation clerk Please see below for specifics and requirements, shall you be interested and have the required skills and knowledge then please contact myself Amy or my colleague Michelle on 01708220023 Export Documentation Tasks: * Create bills of lading * Liaising with shipping lines to ensure documentation received is correct and with KP time frame. * create good working relationship with client and ensure all their documentation needs are met. * Track and ensure the tracking system is kept up to date and accurate and ensure client is updated on all shipment deviations. * Input job costing in system, ensuring it is correct and completed on time. Required skills & experience: * 3 years minimum Export Documentation experience required. * Will require excellent communication skills both verbal and written. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Be motivated to ensure client gets best possible service we can provide. * Good time Management skills. * Ability to work to client's requests and fulfil expectations.
