Candidates suited to this role will have worked within a logistics / export administrative environment previously and will possess strong customer service skills.
Duties will be the processing of quotes / sales orders, progressing of these orders and arranging customer deliveries. You will be required to raise freight purchase orders and deal with the administration of all freight forwarding documents for global shipments, preparing export invoices as necessary.
Other duties will be to attend customer meetings and to liaise with customers regarding deliveries, dealing with any issues that arise. You will be dealing with high end customers, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
