HRGO are looking to recruit experienced Case Makers/ Packers for their client in Jarrow. This vacancy is permanent and we are looking for Day shift and Night shift workers. Job Description:- *Manufacture of export cases, crates and pallets. *Packing and securing clients products for shipping. Duties: * Builds cases, crates and pallets by selecting, measuring, cutting timber using saws and hand tools. * Moving product into place using forklift truck, crane and conveyors. * Protect and secures products in to cases, crates or on pallets ahead of loading for shipment. * Identify products for packing and shipping by verifying customer delivery information; preparing and affixing address labels and stencils. * Keep working area safe, clean and tidy. * Improve product protection by recommending improved designs and methods, conducting durability tests. * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Accomplish manufacturing and organisation mission by completing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: * Export Packaging * Wood Working Manufacturing Experience. * Manufacturing Quality * Manufacturing Methods and Procedures * Safety Management * Quality Focus Our client specialises in Timber and Corrogated packing for some very bespoke clients. The salary will be depending upon experience which will be discussed at interview stage.
