Executive Assistant to the Interim Direct of HR

We are looking for an experience Executive Assistant for a temporary 6 month position based in Melbourn, Bedfordshire. The role is to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer. The right person needs to be highly organised and able to work under pressure.
Duties:
Act as first point of contact to a wide range of people of all levels.
To provide administrative support and maintain all office management: typing all correspondence and reports.
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Receiving and managing telephone calls.
Coordinate and organise all 'ad-hoc' meetings and seminars.
Arrange meeting venues, presentation equipment and catering.
Minute taking and audio typing.
To plan and priorities daily workloads and to complete work to deadlines.
Data entry. Computer literacy
Cover other P.A's
Requirements:
GCSE level or ORC level 2 Diploma in Secretarial skills or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar position (min 1 year exp.)
Planning & Organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Good written communication skills.
Shorthand/speed writing.
Audio typing.
Diary Management.
Knowledge of Microsoft office, word, Excel and Outlook.
Well presented.
Confident.
Previous experience within the NHS (not essential).
