Events PA

£28k 9-month contract Pro-Rata

Events PA required you will have a minimum of 2 years recent PA experience. This role is working for a vibrant, busy, Global Events Co, keen to recruit a PA who has a media background. This is an exciting opportunity where no 2 days are the same.

My client is looking for a bright, driven and exceptionally organised individual to join a small team of PAs to act as a right-hand partner to the head PA to support her in overseeing business operations within the executive office. This role will offer a great opportunity to build on existing skills and expose you to senior tasks performed by the head PA. You will have a good eye for detail, proactive and want to learn.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with multiple Directors' diaries.
• Assist the head PA in preparing for meetings, which includes preparing, printing, collating, and distributing materials. Along with booking and setting up of meeting rooms.
• Manage the incoming communication for info@ mailbox and distribution of incoming voicemails.
• Research travel options & produce itineraries.
• Assist with arranging couriers, booking taxis, external venues for events and restaurants.
• Greet external visitors (VIPs) and welcome them to our offices.
