Event Manager

£35k to £45k plus bonus

Our client is a dynamic global events company who deliver a portfolio of B2B live events and are looking for an Event Manager. This is an exciting role to work across delivering Conferences, exhibitions, and digital events. You will work with the MD on a strategic level to forward plan and ensure a smooth delivery of their events. You will manage the operational delivery of a number of medium to large events in the UK and worldwide from conception to completion. Manage budgets, future planning and supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and management of relationships with venue and all suppliers. Knowledge of and understanding of venue contract and terms of conditions terminology. Ensure delivery of all sponsorship and exhibitor packages as sold by the portfolio, stands, branding, features, etc. You must have proven international conference and exhibition industry experience. Health and safety experience along with experience of running digital events.
