I am currently seeking an Evening Shift Line Leader for a client based in Ashford. The shifts will be 15.30-00.15 Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday if production is busy. The ideal candidate must have; * Previously managed and motivated a team. * Experience in the food industry. * Be able to complete paperwork and production records. * Communicate any quality issues so they can be resolved. * Cover the team in periods of absence. * Ensure lines are clean before and after use to ensure Hygiene and Health and Safety are adhered to. * Maintain a safe working environment at all times.
