HRGO are seeking Emergency Dispatchers to work in a call centre in Chelmsford. Your role will be to help meet the Trust's objectives of providing high performance service to the communities it serves, by delivering or supporting - Response Time Reliability, Clinical Effectiveness, Customer Satisfaction and Economic Efficiency
To manage and initiate effective and efficient deployment and re-deployment of resources, in response to requests for service from the public, healthcare colleagues and public safety agencies, and in accordance with the system status plan where appropriate.
This role would suit someone with at least 2 years in a customer care environment, previous experience in logistics or call centre and must be organised, with excellent planning skills. Should be computer literature, accurate data input, effective verbal and written communications skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Shift Pattern - 24/7 365 role with a mixture of days & nights in a rota, averaging 37.5 hours per week. Full training is provided for 2 weeks training and mentoring shifts.
Pay rates:
Weekdays 06:00 - 20:00 - £11.53 per hour
Saturdays & Nights 20:00 - 06:00 - £14.99 per hour
Sundays and Bank Holidays - £18.45 per hour
