HRGO are currently recruiting for an Emergency Call Handler on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based just outside Norwich. These roles are an immediate start with permanent opportunities for the right candidates. They offer on site parking so are ideally located for candidates within Norwich and surrounding areas.

Hourly Rates: Daytime rate is £10.40, Nights and Saturdays £14.39, Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.57

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern covering the service 24/7 with a mixture of days, lates and nights

Duties Include:

• Provide a professional service to members of the public via the telephone
• Utilise the software provided to prioritise calls as soon as possible
• Provide advice to callers as directed by the clinical triage software
• Dealing with challenging calls with poise and remaining calm and professional

Candidates require:

• Calm and confident telephone manner
• Good geographical knowledge of Norfolk and Suffolk
• 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English
• Strong keyboard and IT skills
• Be willing to have an Enhanced DBS check undertaken
