Job Title: Emergency Call Handler
Location: Chelmsford
Hourly Pay Rate / Hours:
Weekdays 06.00 to 20.00 £10.40
Nights 20.00 to 06.00 and Saturdays £13.62
Sundays and Bank Holidays £17.05
(Please only apply if you are flexible to be able to cover all shift patterns, which includes Nights and Weekends.)
HRGO are currently recruiting for an Emergency Call Handler on behalf of a Public Sector health organisation based in Norwich. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Qualifications
4 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) including English
Computer literate
Experience Required
Previous call centre environment
Understanding of medical terminology
Customer service experience
Excellent listening skills
Remain calm under pressure
Handle traumatic, emotional, and distressing situations
The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis -most commonly during an emergency call
Parking on site is available.
