Role: Electrician / Building Maintenance

Pay Rate: £18 per hr

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30 short term position starting Tuesday 18th Dec!

We are looking for an electrician / maintenance electrician to complete an annual inspection of the lightning systems in student accommodation.

Main tasks:

• Completing a thorough visual inspection of all ceiling lights
• Inspecting the external case
• Inspecting the lugs that are holding the light in place
• Photographing and documenting each light

A successful candidate will need to possess the following:

• Electrical inspection / maintenance experience
• Part qualified electrician
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Able to focus under pressure
• Able to do repetitive work
