Candidates interested in this role will need to possess their C & G 17th Edition, or equivalent qualification. You will also be fully aware of the NICEIC documentation and EICR's and certificates.
This role requires you to work as part of a team, responding to repairs in properties that are either occupied or void. There will be general maintenance and improvement electrical work as is allocated to you, this will include being able to fault find and do remedial works as necessary.
This role is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary, a company van (full clean driving licence is required), together with a performance based bonus scheme.
Candidates interested in this role will have worked within the social housing sector previously or be used to working in the residential sector and have a minimum of 2 - 3 years previous experience.
